12th April witnessed the gathering of dealer representatives of Hailiang Stock across the country in Zhuji. These representatives visited Hailiang Stock’s Zhejiang base and Hailiang Education Park, and participated in the 2019 Symposium on Channel Sales (China) to discuss the future development and win-win cooperation.
In the morning, Weifang Wang, vice director of the Channel Sales Department, led the dealers to visit the copper pipe production workshop and the pipe fittings intelligent workshop. The dealers were greatly attracted by the production process of the products and the sales this year. In particular, they highly praised the on-site management and efficient construction of the workshop. The personal experience makes them more determined to keep cooperation with Hailiang Stock.
The second stop of the visit came to Hailiang Education Park in the west of Zhuji City. The dealers were amazed at the magnificent craftwork of the Park, which covers an area of 1,280 acres with the construction area of nearly 550,000 square meters. Besides, a total of 2.6 billion CNY is invested to build five high-end schools in the Park.
In the afternoon, the 2019 Symposium on Channel Sales themed as “Welcome Home and Seek Common Development” was held at Hailiang Stock's headquarters. Zhangquan Zhu, chairman and general manager of Hailiang Stock, Qihua You, general manager assistant of Hailiang Stock and general manager of Marketing Management Center, Lirong Jiang, general manager of Hailiang Keyu Company and Copper Pipeline Division, Jianwei Feng, vice general manager of Marketing Management Center, Xiaogang Zhang, vice general manager of Copper Pipeline Division and director of Channel Sales Department, Weifang Wang, vice director of the Channel Sales Department, and over forty dealers across the country attended the symposium.
At the meeting, vice director Wang, on behalf of the managers in the company, expressed warm welcome to the participants and delivered an inspiring speech. He emphasized his gratitude to all the guests with these words “touched, grateful and gratitude”.
Xiaogang Zhang summarized the channel sales of Hailiang Stock on the theme of “Building a Big Platform and Creating a New Order”. In 2018, Hailiang Stock has seized the opportunity and took the responsibility to successfully complete the tasks. He also gave the Channel Sales Department credit for its achievements whilst pointed out shortcomings about the client end and product end to encourage improvement and better job. In 2019, Hailiang Stock is hoped to cooperate and work together with dealers to challenge new sales targets and create new glory.
Chairman Zhu delivered an important speech at the symposium. He first introduced the development history of Hailiang Stock, which deepened the dealers' understanding of Hailiang Stock. Following that, he analyzed elaborately the product demand and industry situation at the moment. Speaking from financial strength, group support, risk control system, management model, R&D innovation ability to talent gathering ability, Chairman Zhu analyzed the core competitiveness of Hailiang Stock and depicted a strategic vision for Hailiang Stock’s prosperous future. It is anticipated that dealers will develop together with the company, continue to grow stronger and bigger, and achieve win-win cooperation.
In closing, the dealers took enthusiastic participation and put forward valuable suggestions for Hailiang Stock’s 2019 plan of channel sales. In a word, the symposium is an in-depth exchange learning meeting. The impressive experience sharing of Chairman Zhu brought the dealers fruitful rewards. They are now fully confident in the future development prospect of channel market, and will keep up with Hailiang Stock to jointly write a new chapter.
