June 26th witnessed the holding of “Customs AEO Advanced Validation” Review Conference & China-Pakistan AEO Mutual-Approval Cooperation Observation Conference by Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd. Lou Liuyan, director of Hangzhou Customs Enterprise Management Office, Gong Ping, vice director of Hangzhou Customs Enterprise Management Office, Fabiano Coelho, Head of Brazilian Customs and coordinating supervisor of Customs-Enterprise Office, Fabiano Diniz, official of AEO Department of Brazilian Customs, E Tao, associate researcher of the Credit Management Department of the Enterprise Management Division of the General Administration of Customs, Yang Baogen, deputy director of Shaoxing Customs, Wang Zhongda, director and deputy section chief of the Enterprise Management Division of Qianjiang Customs in Xiaoran, Ren Chaoyu, deputy director of Taizhou Customs Enterprise Management Division, and representatives from Jinan Customs, Shijiazhuang Customs, Shenyang Customs, Wuhan Customs and Kunming Customs attended the conference. Participants from Zhejiang Hailiang included: Zhu Zhangquan, chairman and general manager, CFO Chen Dong, Jin Gang, executive of Human Resource Center, Jiang Limin, general manager of Procurement Center and vice CFO, and Zhu Lin, head of Storage Department.
As the conference proceeds, Director Lou Liuyan delivered an opening speech and introduced the members of AEO working group. Chairman Zhu Zhangquan extended warm welcome to members of the on-site review committee, and stressed that Hailiang staff will actively assist the on-site assessment work in a serious and pragmatic manner. He wished a successful completion of the validation work. Subsequently, the Customs AEO Working Group conducted an on-site review of the personnel arrangement, management system, informationization construction, safety management and vocational training of Zhejiang Hailiang. Questions raised by the group were answered elaborately by relevant employees in the company. On this basis, the working group spot-checked the archived documents and required the company’s export document review personnel to demonstrate the review process on site. The random inspection results all met the certification standards.
In the afternoon, the working group visited the copper pipe production workshop in Zhejiang Production Base, Zhejiang Hailiang. They strictly inspected the daily operation of the workshop, the monitoring room and the safety system and highly praised and fully affirmed the company's high standards and strict requirements for standard management. At the same time, they also put forward several suggestions for improvement. The company will strive to achieve a perfect state by making the most detailed and comprehensive efforts according to the advice, so as to successfully pass the “Customs AEO Advanced Validation”.
