In early July, Anhui Hailiang began implementing 5S management, focusing on the details of work and conducting comprehensive reorganization of production sites and daily operations. As a key initiative, Anhui Hailiang formulated the Regulations on Assessment System for 5S Production Site Management, establishing standardized requirements and synchronizing periodic promotion plans and corrective action timelines.
Through continuous efforts, the production environment at the Anhui base has significantly improved, becoming clean, organized, and well-structured.
