The primary focus was on understanding the management philosophies of exemplary companies. How do top-tier enterprises address issues such as on-site disorder, inconsistent standards, non-standardized operations, and low work efficiency? How do they ensure the high integrity and seamless operation of production processes? How can performance evaluation models be integrated to establish an all-encompassing management mechanism throughout the entire production process?
Through the process of drawing inspiration and reflection, Anhui Hailiang's various units have repositioned themselves, internalizing these insights and externalizing them into practice, thereby achieving a dual transformation in management thinking and capability.

The Anhui Hailiang team conducted on-site visits to customer companies and engaged in discussions with both the management and frontline workers, aiming to better understand the usage, challenges, and pain points of our products from a supplier's perspective. This approach provided a comprehensive view of customer requirements and examined the customer usage experience of the products from the perspective of suppliers comprehensively.
Mr. Chen Lei presented a detailed overview of Anhui Hailiang's integrated after-sales service solution encompassing "Marketing-Production-Quality Control" by region to the customers. This strategic approach effectively enhances product quality and services in various phases and gathers essential data for the company's product transformation and customer-tailored solutions.
Sharing
Following the conclusion of the exchange and learning activities, Anhui Hailiang organized a sharing session adhering to the 8:3:1 principle, which included eight key takeaways, three recommendations, and one creative suggestion. The insights derived from this session formed the basis for developing a project correction plan, with clearly defined project milestones. Furthermore, rationalized suggestions were presented to various departments such as administration, equipment, and technology. Feasibility assessments were carried out, and plans for achieving the set milestones were put into action.
During the sharing session, Anhui Hailiang laid out preliminary plans for the second leg of exchange and learning activities, scheduled for September.
