To smoothly realize of the company's strategic objectives and further enhance the accuracy of talent selection, Hailiang's Human Resources Center recently conducted a one-day specialized training program titled "Gold Interviewers."
Over 150 interviewers from Hailiang's headquarter and various bases participated in this online and offline training.
Sun Chenguang, Director of Hailiang's Human Resources Center, delivered the opening remarks and elucidated the objectives and significance of the training. He emphasized that recruitment is a crucial part in advancing the company's strategic goals, and interviewers play a pivotal role in talent selection and acquisition, as they are the vanguard team in building the company's employer brand.
Experienced recruitment experts from Huijie Consultancy employed a teaching method that combined classroom lectures, group discussions, and interactive exercises. Centered on entire talent recruitment lifecycle, the training integrated knowledge of recruitment psychology, meticulously breaking down the entire process from "identifying needs, reviewing resumes, conducting skilled interviews, making observations, setting up branding."
The two instructors imparted theoretical knowledge about iceberg model, structured interviews, behavioral interview techniques, and used scenario simulations and case exercises to guide participants into real interviews, which helped the trainees to genuinely gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
The training also adopted a "Project Points - Team PK" format, promoting teamwork, cooperation and competition, which not only added fun to the training but also significantly boosted the learning efficiency of the participants.
After a day of intense competition, standout individuals and exceptional groups were recognized and honored.
