The Indonesian Hailiang Excellent Students Exchange Symposium was held on December 6th at Hailiang Building. Cao Jianguo, the Chairman of Hailiang Group and President of Hailiang, attended the meeting and had a cordial interaction with the outstanding students.
Cao Jianguo welcomed the excellent participants. He said that the new energy industry is ushering in an era of large-scale development under the “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals”. In line with the principle of “pursuing both corporate benefits and social benefits”, Hailiang Group takes the Indonesian project as an important part of the globalization strategy for new energy resources. So the company expects to expand its global market by giving full play to the advantages of the international operation, learning from the experience of copper pipe market expansion, and taking the route of differentiated competition. He encouraged the Indonesian staff to cherish the opportunity to comprehend and fully integrate into Hailiang, to acquire and preserve the “Four Thousand Spirits” of Zhejiang business, and to perform better for themselves and Indonesian Hailiang.
The students have expressed their desire to apply what they have learned during the past two months to practice. They will actively participate in mentoring and sharing their knowledge to contribute to the high-quality development of Hailiang’s Indonesian base.
In response to the confusion, problems and suggestions raised by the students regarding work and life, the attending leaders listened carefully, took detailed notes and patiently gave response. They promised to actively coordinate management and service work, and encourage students to provide valuable suggestions for the company’s development.
Indonesian Hailiang’s project of producing 100,000 tons high-performance electrolytic copper foil annually
In recent years, Hailiang has been diligent and dedicated in actively responding to “the Belt and Road Initiative”, continuously promoting international development. The Indonesian Hailiang’s project of producing 100,000 tons high-performance electrolytic copper foil annually once completed, it will become the largest copper foil manufacturing enterprise in Southeast Asia. This project not only carries the beautiful expectations of mutually beneficial cooperation and win-win development between China and India, but also is a vivid portrayal of deeper economic and trade cooperation among China and countries and regions along “the Belt and Road”. The training program, which involves Indonesian Hailiang employees traveling to China for over two months, further promotes cultural exchange and integration among Chinese and Indian employees, and lays a talent foundation for the operation and management of the copper foil project.
