On April 1st, Zhejiang Keyu Metal Materials Co., Ltd. (a sole subsidiary of Hailiang) held the commendation conference of skills competition for blue collars. The blue collar promotion group head Xiong Shuangkui, general manager of Keyu Su Jun, standing vice general manager Jiang Shaojun, members of the blue collar promotion group, each department responsible person of Keyu, blue collar employees, etc. participated in the conference.
On the conference, Jiang Shaojun sorted out the promotion and implementation of the blue collar project of Keyu. Firstly, he summarized the experience and lessons in the self promotion and implementation in 2019. Besides, he also summarized the big achievements made by Keyu over the more than one year from 2020 with the assistance of the blue collar promotion group of the Hailiang: the extruded copper bar production line compiled the standard textbooks for 17 posts and sorted out 3125 knowledge points; continuous casting copper bar production line compiled standard textbooks for 8 posts and sorted out 1549 knowledge points; the raw material workshop compiled the standard textbooks for 3 posts and sorted out 420 knowledge points; the equipment department compiled standard textbooks for 2 posts and sorted out 464 knowledge points, including 267 mechanical repair knowledge points and 197 electrical knowledge points; Through the blue collar post competition activity, 242 blue collar employees were selected. Representing Keyu blue collar working group, he expressed his sincere appreciation for Hailiang blue collar promotion group’s support and guidance for Keyu’s blue collar work over the year.
The blue collar projects serves the blue collar employees, and a lot of excellent blue collar employees of Keyu emerged in the skill competition. Level I blue collar employee Tian Jialu addressed by representing excellent employees, he expressed his strong agreement for the company’s blue collar eco-system construction, and he said it is just the construction of the blue collar eco-system that makes himself and other blue collar employees win the sense of achievement and happiness in work. He promised that he would constantly study for progress as well actively share his experience with more colleagues, help more employees to improve themselves, and make contribution for the high speed development of the company. Later, Xiong Shuangkui, Su Jun and Jiang Shaojun praised the excellent employees wining Level I and Level II blue collar by representing the company.
Su Jun congratulated the employees who passed this blue collar rating and assessment, and stressed the importance of blue collar eco-system project. He pointed out relevant cautions for subsequent normalized management for blue collars: 1. Forbid formalism and empty formality; 2. Have cyclic training and assessment for employees; 3. Further improve the position of the blue collar employees.
Xiong Shuangkui gave highly affirmation to Keyu’s construction of blue collar post eco-system project by representing the blue collar promotion project group, as well as to the successful completion of the stage objective of blue collar eco-system construction with the efforts of all the employees of project members of the Keyu. Meanwhile, he wished Keyu to strictly execute as per the normalized management documents of blue collar employees, and carry out the ecological system construction project of the blue collar posts forever, so as to embrace a more beautiful tomorrow and create a more brilliant future.
