Hailiang received the Letter of Determination on No Prohibition from Antitrust Review of Business Operator Concentration issued by the State Administration For Market Regulation, and the new establishment of a joint venture of Hailiang and CNMC Albetter was not prohibited.

The joint venture completed its industrial and commercial registration procedure, and obtained the Business License issued by Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau of Linqing, with the company name as Hailaing Albetter Copper Industry Co., Ltd. (Shandong).
