Recently, the Blue-collar Project Commendation Conference at the base of Hailiang in Shandong province was successfully held. Xiong Shuangkui, Head of the Blue-collar Promotion Project Team at the Production Management Center of Hailiang, along with Zhou Guang, General Manager of Shandong Hailiang, as well as Ma Yuncai and Guo Shihe, Deputy General Managers of Shandong Hailiang, attended the meeting.
This year, Shandong Hailiang officially launched its Blue-collar Project in June. 12 teams were formed for the development of blue-collar training materials, involving the refinement of 2,193 knowledge points. A total of 130 sessions of essential knowledge training were conducted across 12 blue-collar positions. In the end, 19 second-level blue-collar workers, 94 third-level, 117 fourth-level, and 23 fifth-level blue-collar workers were selected. Concurrently, 9 first prizes, 15 second prizes, and 22 third prizes were awarded in the blue-collar skills competition.
Ma Yuncai first congratulated the award-winning employees. He also expressed his hope that grassroots managers and blue-collar staff could utilize the blue-collar ecological project to reexamine and improve the existing issues or oversights, integrate training materials into actual production and implement standardized operating procedures in daily production. Also, it’s significant to further cultivate a work atmosphere of “striving, surpassing, comparing, and learning”, thus constantly elevating manufacturing capabilities and the quality of products, and ultimately narrowing the gap with superior bases.
You shuangjiang, speaking on behalf of the blue-collar workers, stated that the blue-collar competition provides a platform for employees to showcase their talents. Through competition, employees can enhance their practical skills, providing clear direction for their future work. He also pledged to strictly adhere to the standardized procedures written on blue-collar training material's, diligently practice their skills, and contribute his efforts to the company's development.

Zhou Guang expressed gratitude for the arrival of Blue-collar Promotion Project team of Hailiang and congratulated the award-winning employees. He pointed out that the conclusion of the blue-collar competition does not mark the end of the blue-collar project, but rather a new starting point for a new journey. Then he outlined four specific requests regarding the current issues and shortcomings.
First and foremost, to solidify the technical achievements of the blue-collar project, prioritizing consolidation before optimization, as well as promptly analyzing, summarizing, and improving. Secondly, to further study and digest the blue-collar training materials, emphasizing practical effectiveness and applying the acquired knowledge to actual production. Thirdly, to utilize the blue-collar platform to effectively enhance management skills, fully mobilize employees' initiative, and stimulate their work enthusiasm. Last but not the least, he hoped that the management team of Shangdong Hailiang could unify their thinking, work together with one accord, strengthen coordination and communication, thus go all out to overcome challenges.
Xiong Shuangkui affirmed Shandong Hailiang for the progress and quality of the blue-collar advancement and congratulated the outstanding achievers. He hoped that employees in Shandong base would continue to improve, further comprehend the Hailiang corporate culture, grasp the essence of the blue-collar ecological project, rectify any deficiencies in current work, and continually enhance and optimize, thus cultivate a dynamic and competitive team.
