On November 2, a delegation led by Yun Jianmin, a member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Gansu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), conducted a research visit to Gansu Hailiang New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., referred to as "Hailiang New Materials," focusing on the annual production of 150,000 tons of high-performance copper foil materials project. Accompanying the delegation was Zhang Aisheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Lanzhou New Area, who engaged in the visit.
Deng Ye, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of Gansu Hailiang New Materials, provided an overview of the company's background, product technology, and application areas. The research group heard more about the company's electricity consumption, equipment introduction, and additive research.
Yun Jianmin emphasized that the new energy industry has become a powerful force and a crucial engine driving economic and social development. The Provincial CPPCC will play a pivotal role as a "conductor" in optimizing resource allocation, addressing the "pain points" and "difficulties" in the electricity usage of new energy materials enterprises. The aim is to provide high-quality resource allocation, enabling companies to efficiently use electricity and thereby contribute to achieving high-quality development. He also encouraged Hailiang New Energy Materials to align with the needs of Gansu, leverage Gansu's strengths, and, based on its own circumstances, establish a sound development positioning. The continuous optimization of production models is urged to strive for sustained and robust development.
The research visit was accompanied by leaders from the Gansu Provincial Economic Committee of the CPPCC, Gansu Energy Regulatory Office, and other relevant departments.
